Barco Uniforms – D2C eCommerce Launch
Barco Uniforms, founded in 1929 and based in Los Angeles, is known for premium apparel lines such as Grey’s Anatomy™ by Barco and Barco One®. Historically operating in the B2B space, Barco recognized the growing opportunity in eCommerce and the need to reach individual consumers directly.
The initiative focused on launching a new Shopify website to create a seamless D2C experience, expanding brand visibility and establishing a new revenue stream. This digital transformation required developing internal marketing and eCommerce capabilities, optimizing fulfillment operations, and implementing a scalable online infrastructure.
The website was designed with a mobile-first approach, prioritizing accessibility, fast performance, and simplified purchasing experiences. The result was a modern, conversion-focused eCommerce platform built to attract, engage, and retain customers.
